Jules Gsell is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in the technology and venture capital sectors. Currently serving as the Vice President of Sales, Enterprise at Databricks, Jules specializes in leading the Greenfield sales organization for the Enterprise CME Vertical. Previous roles at Databricks include Vice President of Sales for Startups and Growth, and Interim VP of Global SDRs, focusing on sales enablement and team expansion. Jules also holds positions with Sequoia Capital, Formal as a GTM Advisor, and Coalition Operators as a Founding Operator, while being a Limited Partner at Operator Collective and an Investor at Reforge. Prior experience includes a successful tenure at Box, where Jules advanced from the first Sales Development Representative to Director of Enterprise Sales, and began a career at The Mercury News as an Account Executive.
