Xing Chen is a seasoned professional in AI research and engineering with extensive experience across multiple high-profile organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director of AI Research at Databricks since January 2020, Xing Chen focuses on advancing large language model capabilities and augmented AI systems within the Mosaic Research team. Prior to this role, Xing Chen was the Senior Director of Engineering at Thumbtack, where the engineering team expanded from 25 to over 150 engineers.
