Yu Peng is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in leading engineering teams and developing advanced technology solutions. Currently serving as a Sr Staff Software Engineer at Databricks since October 2022, prior roles include CTO at a Stealth Mode Web3 Startup and Tech Lead Manager at Pony.ai, where leadership of the offline infrastructure team supported autonomous driving initiatives. Previous positions at Databricks and Rocket Fuel Inc. involved pivotal contributions to data science and data pipeline development. Yu Peng holds a PhD in Computer Science from The University of Hong Kong, as well as Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Computer Science from Xiamen University.
