Marco Righi

Marco Righi is an accomplished software engineering leader with extensive experience in driving technical strategy and fostering collaborative team cultures. Currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at Datacolor since July 2014, Marco Righi leads software managers and developers, ensuring alignment with the company’s product roadmap and technological advancements. Previously, Marco Righi held various positions at Datacolor, including Senior Software Manager and Senior Manager of Software Development, where responsibilities encompassed architecture definition, Agile participation, and stakeholder communication. Prior experience includes a lengthy tenure at Media Logic, where Marco Righi progressed from Software Engineer to Software Department Manager. Educational qualifications include a recent achievement at MIP Politecnico di Milano and degrees from Università degli Studi di Parma and IFOA.
