Tony Gardner

Tony Gardner is an experienced leader in customer success and technical operations, currently serving as Customer Success Lead/Technical Operations Manager at Datacom since December 2017. In this role, Tony utilizes SAFEagile methodologies to enhance IT operations and customer value. Previously, Tony held various positions at Datacom, including Account Manager and Information Technology Operations Manager, and also served as Principal Architect, focusing on technology roadmaps. Tony's career spans multiple prominent organizations, including TelstraClear, Sytec Resources, EDS, and Data General, where responsibilities included architecting Microsoft-based solutions and delivering major infrastructure projects. Tony began as an Environmental Scientist before transitioning into IT, holding a Master of Science in Chemistry from The University of Waikato.
