Shwetha Shankar is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer success and technical account management across multiple industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Technical Post Sales at Datadog, Shwetha oversees worldwide technical account management and customer enablement. Prior roles include Vice President of Customer Success at tray.io, where Shwetha managed a team of over 100 and was responsible for customer satisfaction and renewal processes. At Medallia, Shwetha held multiple leadership positions, including Vice President & General Manager of Professional Services, overseeing significant functions and focusing on customer retention and program delivery. Shwetha's foundational experience includes consultancy roles at The World Bank and Deloitte Consulting, complemented by a Master's degree in International Policy Studies from Stanford University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance from The University of Auckland.
