Elena Aldworth

Elena Aldworth is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success enablement and training across various leading organizations. Currently serving as Chief of Staff & Enablement for the Customer Team at Dataiku, Elena previously held the position of VP of Global CS Enablement at MURAL, where responsibilities included managing a team of enablement specialists, driving process evolution, and delivering custom solutions for enterprise clients. Prior to MURAL, Elena was Director of Global Enablement at Datorama (a Salesforce Company), focusing on internal communications and customer enablement strategies. With a strong foundation in client education and project management from roles at Kenshoo and earlier positions in marketing and performance media, Elena holds a dual degree in Communications and Marketing from Emerson College, along with further education in Mandarin.
