Kimberley Chen is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in technical support and software engineering. Currently serving as the VP of Global Technical Support at Dataiku since September 2018, Kimberley has progressed through various roles within the organization, including Director of Technical Support and Technical Support Manager. Prior to Dataiku, Kimberley worked at SAP as a HANA Development Support Engineer and held consulting positions at Deloitte. Kimberley began the career with an internship as a Database Administrator at SAP and gained additional engineering experience as a Software Engineering/Testing Intern at AppNeta. A graduate of The University of British Columbia, Kimberley holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
