Miranda Boon

Miranda Boon serves as the Global Human Resources Director at Datamars since September 2020, overseeing human resources for a global leader in livestock management and animal health. Prior to this role, Miranda held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at AMMEGA and was the Global HR Director at Ammeraal Beltech Group, where expertise in HR management was applied within large multinational organizations. Earlier experiences include roles as Business Support Manager at Bluestream Offshore B.V. and HR Manager for The Bluestream Group, along with senior HR management positions at The Walt Disney Company and Sony Europa B.V. Miranda possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, complemented by various professional development courses.
