Steven has held various leadership roles such as Senior Vice President, Managing Director, and General Manager. Steven is also well-versed in customer communications management, IT services, and software development. Through their education at Indiana University Bloomington and University of Maryland Global Campus, Steven has acquired degrees in Biology and Computer & Information Systems.
