Azzeddine EL Otmani is a Threat Detection Engineer at DATAPROTECT since February 2022, focusing on the implementation and continuous improvement of threat detection use cases specific to various environments. Previous roles include SOC Analyst, where Azzeddine EL Otmani analyzed logs using IBM QRadar and ELK Stack and evaluated phishing emails, as well as an intern responsible for automating IOC feeds for SIEM detection, utilizing Qradar RESTful API, MISP API, Python, and Flask. Earlier experience includes a summer internship at DATAPROTECT implementing SOAR playbooks and an internship at Orange. Azzeddine EL Otmani holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in information security from Ecole Nationale des Sciences Appliquées d'Oujda, completed in September 2022.
