Datarock
Rian Dutch is the Head of Applied Science at Datarock. Prior to this role, Rian held positions at the University of Adelaide as a Visiting Research Fellow and at the Geological Survey of South Australia as a Program Coordinator and Principal Geologist. Rian also worked as a Senior Geologist at MinEx CRC and the Geological Survey Branch, PIRSA. With a Ph.D. in Geological and Earth Sciences/Geosciences from the University of Adelaide, Rian has a strong academic background to support their extensive experience in the field.

Datarock
Datarock began as a way to monetize underutilized drill core imagery. They created low-level artificial intelligence and emerging technologies on secure cloud infrastructure with the goal of influencing geological workflows. They establish a solid technical foundation and expand beyond mining and exploration into other industries such as civilengineering.
