Jeff Prober

Jeff Prober currently serves as the VP of Finance at Dataships, a position held since December 2024, and operates as a consultant through Jeffrey Prober Consulting LLC since November 2021, specializing in finance and accounting services for high-growth VC-backed companies. Additionally, Prober acts as a fractional CFO consultant for UserHub starting November 2022. Previous roles include VP of Finance at Codi and Reonomy, where Reonomy was acquired by Altus Group in November 2021. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Finance at Primary Venture Partners and holding various roles at JMP Securities LLC in investment banking. Prober holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
