Donnie Roberson Jr.

Donnie Roberson Jr. has extensive experience in engineering and technical support, currently serving as the Head of Engineering in Production Engineering at DataStax since January 2017, with previous roles including Head of Database Production Engineering and Senior Cloud SRE Leader. Prior to DataStax, Donnie held various positions at Hortonworks from September 2014 to July 2016, notably leading the US East Support Engineer Team and significantly expanding the team size while managing escalations and customer communications. Donnie's earlier experience includes a role as Technical Team Lead for US File Systems Support at Dell EMC, where team development and knowledge sharing were prioritized, and as CEO and Chairman of D.R Network Systems from 2000 to 2012, leading day-to-day operations.
