Rachael Scott currently serves as the Head of Business Development at Datavant, a role commenced in April 2024, focused on advancing human health through the protection and connection of health data. Prior to this, Rachael held the position of Chief Commercial Officer at Lightship from September 2020 to May 2024 and served as the EVP Head of International & Transformation at PA Consulting Group from March 2018 to September 2020. Rachael's experience also includes significant roles at EY as a Director and various leadership positions at IMS Health, Republic M!, and AstraZeneca. With a robust background in strategy and operations across both big and small pharma, Rachael specializes in operational fitness and product lifecycle management in diverse markets. Rachael holds a BA Hons in Business Studies from the University of the West of England.
