Ricky Mann is a seasoned professional in healthcare and customer experience, currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience and Delivery at Datavant since March 2020. In this role, Ricky oversees multiple teams focused on customer success, strategic alliances, technical solutions, and privacy delivery, all aimed at enhancing patient outcomes through data integration. Prior to Datavant, Ricky held key positions at Syapse, including Head of Customer Success and Senior Director of Business Development, where efforts were concentrated on advancing precision medicine for cancer patients. Ricky's experience also includes business development roles at Palantir Technologies and Syapse, as well as strategic consulting at The Advisory Board Company. Ricky began the professional journey as a Malaria Control Program Fellow at Community Partners International. Educational qualifications include a B.A. in Integrative Biology from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MPA in Health Policy and Management from New York University.
