Stephen Mallinak

Stephen Mallinak serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Provider Services at Datavant, a position held since February 2022. Prior to this role, Stephen held various senior leadership positions at Ciox Health from July 2015 to February 2022, including General Manager and Senior Vice President of Operations, Sr. Vice President of ROI Technology Partners, and Vice President of Client Impact. Stephen's previous experience includes serving as Vice President of Professional Services at IOD Incorporated from November 2012 to July 2015 and Region Director of Implementation Services at M*Modal from June 1999 to October 2012, where successful leadership was demonstrated in implementation and field support. Stephen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business with a focus on Information Systems from Cleveland State University, having also attended The Ohio State University from 1995 to 1999.
