Micha Roon is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association, where responsibilities include supporting innovation projects through training and mentorship. As the owner and founder of managination since 2005, Micha has focused on enhancing the software development landscape by making the process more dynamic and reliable. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, and various advisory and technical positions across organizations related to blockchain and decentralized technologies. Micha Roon holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and has completed coursework in Fintech at MIT, along with a Project Management Professional certification.
