Sylwia Rurkowska

Sylwia Rurkowska is an experienced IT professional with a background in technical support and system administration. Currently serving as a 2nd line Support Specialist at DataWalk since October 2022, Sylwia has previously held positions including Technical Support Analyst at DemandTec by Acoustic and Junior System Engineer at Lufthansa Systems. Sylwia's expertise also includes 3rd level support for the myDutyTrip application and 2nd level support for the myIDTravel application during tenure at Lufthansa Systems. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Gdansk and a Postgraduate degree in Graphic Design from Uniwersytet WSB Merito Gdańsk.
