Manish Kumar has extensive experience in risk management and compliance. Manish started their career at Maybank, where they led the Market Risk and ALM team for the Singapore business. Manish then joined Deutsche Bank AG as the head of risk analysis and review team for Non-Japan Asia and later oversaw APAC risk governance and control. After that, they worked at Accenture Strategy & Consulting as the SEA Risk & Compliance practice lead, where they delivered various risk and compliance projects across industries. Currently, they serve as the Chief Risk Officer at DataX, where they lead risk, compliance, and legal functions for the company and its subsidiaries.
Manish Kumar has a Bachelor of Arts Honors degree in Economics from Delhi University. Manish also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from the National University of Singapore. In addition, they obtained a certification in FRM from the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP) in 2002.
