Latha Ganeshan is the founder, CEO, and President of Datum Software, Inc. and is responsible for the successful growth, strategy, and execution of the Datum brand.
Latha has over 20 years of solid experience growing a start-up business to a large minority and woman-owned global enterprise. In addition to founding Datum, Latha founded Vela Payment Solutions and Zywie, a health-focused IT company.
While in corporate America, Latha served in numerous engineering roles at IBM, Digital Design Medical Systems, Equifax, ChoicePoint, and Scientific Atlanta.
While most companies offer only part of a solution, Latha’s leadership has delivered value by providing fully integrated end-to-end solutions that allow her clients to focus on their core competencies. She takes a holistic view of IT solutions and delivers real-time, highly transactional enterprise software. That’s why well-respected healthcare systems and Fortune 500 companies worldwide continue to rely on Latha, Datum, and Vela to deliver the best solutions for their business needs.
Latha holds a Master’s degree from Emory University’s Goizueta School of Business and Georgia State University.
