Prior to this role, Lacy dedicated nearly a decade to education as a Teacher of the Hearing-Impaired, first at Northside Independent School District from August 1996 to May 2000, and then at Chesterfield County Public Schools from December 2001 to May 2006. Lacy holds a Master’s degree in Communication Sciences from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences from the University of Oklahoma.
