Prior to that, Dan was the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development & Strategy at Bank of the West from July 2015 to October 2018, and held a senior position at BCMS Corporate focusing on middle-market M&A from April 2013 to July 2015. Dan's earlier career included a role as Principal at Equifin Capital Partners, which specialized in middle-market private equity with a focus on financial services. Dan holds an MBA with a double major in Finance and Accounting from The Wharton School and a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
