Danielle Lange has a diverse work experience in various companies and positions. Danielle started their career in 2006 at Kohler Co., where they held several HR roles, including HR Generalist, HR Specialist, HR Coordinator II, and Manager for various teams. During their time at Kohler Co., they provided HR leadership, managed talent initiatives, and served as a consultant for significant business decisions.

In 2016, Danielle joined Amazon as a Sr. HR Business Partner, where they worked with the Alexa Speech team and led talent initiatives. Danielle also served as an HR lead for Consumer Talent Acquisition, driving meaningful change through talent management and leadership development initiatives.
