Justin started their career at Thales Raytheon Systems as a Software Engineer, where they designed and developed frontend and toolchain solutions using Java, XML, and Scheme. Justin then joined Entertainment Partners as a Senior Software Developer, where they designed, implemented, and deployed software solutions in the production accounting space. Justin later worked at Telescope Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer, solving performance problems and building APIs for social media engagement campaigns. Justin then joined Grindr as a Senior Application Engineer, where they developed features to connect and safeguard users in the LGBT community. Justin also won hackathons during their time there.
