Marcel Kloos

Marcel Kloos is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the entertainment and leisure industry. Currently serving as the Country Director for Germany at David Lloyd Clubs since April 2025, Marcel has held various leadership roles, including Regional Director for Midway Germany & Austria at Merlin Entertainments from February 2021 to April 2025 and New Openings Director of Premium Products Europe at RSG Group from November 2018 to February 2021. Additional experience includes multiple positions at Merlin Entertainments, including Director of New Openings for Europe & Emerging Markets, showcasing a strong background in operational management and customer experience. Marcel’s career began with TUI as a Teamleader in Entertainment, and academic credentials include a degree from Fachhochschule Westküste.
