Chris Willis is an accomplished volleyball coach with extensive experience in collegiate athletics. Currently serving as the Head Volleyball Coach at Davidson College since March 2011, Chris emphasizes teaching both the game of volleyball and life skills, viewing coaching as a passion rather than a job. Prior to Davidson, Chris held the position of Head Volleyball Coach at Missouri Southern State University from July 2004 to March 2011, where valuable head coaching experience was gained. Additionally, Chris served as the Assistant Volleyball Coach at Missouri State University from March 1999 to June 2004, contributing to the development of a top 25 Division I program, and began the coaching career as an Assistant Volleyball Coach at Northern Arizona University from June 1997 to February 1999. Chris holds a Master of Science degree in Human Performance and Sport Studies from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Baylor University.
