Paulette Russell

Paulette Russell, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Senior Employee Relations Specialist at Davidson College since September 2022. Prior to this role, Paulette held various positions at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from September 2011 to August 2022, including Position and Performance Management Consultant, Performance Management Consultant, Employee Relations Consultant, and Assistant Employee Relations Manager, focusing on employee relations, performance management, and compensation administration. Earlier experience includes serving as an Employee Relations Specialist and Human Resources Admin Assistant at Rack Room Shoes from 2008 to 2011.
