Justin Hardesty has extensive experience in customer service and management, currently serving as a Tea Guide and Brand Ambassador at DAVIDsTEA since October 2014, where responsibilities include guiding customers through the entire tea experience. In addition, Justin has been the Property Manager at Sherwood Apartments since 2009, overseeing leasing and rental activities. Previous roles include a Customer Service Representative at Enterprise CarShare, focusing on customer inquiries and billing, as well as a Senior Member Services/New Member Processing role at I-GO Car Sharing, handling insurance claims and tech troubleshooting. Earlier experience also includes positions as an Insurance Coordinator and Ticket Agent at Tall Ship Windy. Justin holds a degree from Vincennes University, attended from 1998 to 2003.
