Sagarika Chatterjee

Sagarika Chatterjee is currently serving as the Human Resource Director at Davies since January 2024, where responsibilities include setting up a Shared Service captive in India. Previously, Sagarika held the position of Senior Director - Human Resource at Birlasoft from April 2020 to January 2024. Sagarika's extensive experience in human resources includes various roles at Infosys from September 2009 to April 2020, such as Senior Manager, Unit Manager, and Senior Lead in Business Partner HR. Prior experience also includes senior HR roles at Reliance Communications, IBM India Limited, and earlier positions at Sify Technologies Limited and AMP Sanmar Life Insurance Pvt Ltd. Sagarika began the professional journey in human resources at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt Ltd after obtaining a Master's in Social Work specializing in Personal Management and Industrial Relations from the University of Madras, along with a Bachelor's in Corporate Secretaryship from the same institution.
