Chris Lane

Chris Lane serves as the Director at Butterfly Pavilion since January 2022 and has been a Real Estate Partner and Attorney at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP since January 2014. Previously, Chris held the position of Director at Brent Eley Center from January 2015 to December 2019 and was a Board Member for the Board of Zoning and Adjustment in the City of Boulder from September 2013 to May 2015. In addition, Chris contributed as a Director and Co-chair of the Business Law Section for the Boulder County Bar Association from August 2010 to June 2014. Prior legal experience includes roles as a Real Estate and Finance Attorney at Snell & Wilmer and as a Corporate and Real Estate Attorney at St. Clair & Greschler, P.C. Chris began legal studies as a Student Manager/Student Attorney at the CU Entrepreneurial Law Clinic and gained initial experience as a Software Analyst at Quovadx. Educational qualifications include a JD in Corporate, Real Estate, Finance, and Securities Law from the University of Colorado and a BS in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University at Albany.
