Robert Friedrich

Robert Friedrich serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, a position held since October 2020. Prior to this role, Robert was the Global Network Treasurer and Managing Director of Finance & Treasury at PwC from November 2014 to October 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing global finance integration initiatives and developing risk management programs. Robert also served as Senior Vice President of Business, Finance & Legal Affairs at the NBA from June 2007 to October 2014, managing significant financial operations and arena development projects. Earlier experience includes being Assistant General Counsel at Warner Bros. Discovery, focusing on corporate finance and legal matters, and working as an Associate at White & Case LLP in finance and M&A. Robert holds a Doctor of Law degree from Cornell Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Trinity University.
