Dan Guthrie has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the manufacturing industry. Dan started their career at Parker Hannifin Corp. as a Business Director and Director of Sales and Business Development, where they worked from 1985 to 1996. Dan then joined Roper Technologies, Inc. as a Vice President from 1996 to 1998. After that, they served as the Managing Director at Maag Systems Textron AG from 1998 to 2003. Dan subsequently worked at Textron Fluid Handling as the Vice President and General Manager from 2003 to 2004. From 2004 to 2015, they were the President and EVP at Investcorp - PP Holdings, Inc. Currently, they are the Chief Operating Officer at Davis-Standard, LLC, a position they have held since 2015.

Dan Guthrie completed the Executive Global Leadership Program at The Wharton School in 2002-2003. Prior to that, they completed the International Business Executive Development Program at the Thunderbird School of Global Management in 2001. Dan also participated in an Executive Development Program at Parker Hannifin Corporation. Additionally, Dan Guthrie has a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Western New England University and has studied Market Driven Management Strategies at Wake Forest University.
