Batur Oktay

Batur Oktay is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and intellectual property. Currently a Partner at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP since January 2025, Batur previously served as VP, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Rad Power Bikes, where leadership encompassed legal, HR, and facilities functions while advising executive teams on governance and compliance. Prior to this, Batur had a distinguished tenure at Starbucks as Managing Director, Corporate Counsel, overseeing the global intellectual property program and aligning it with business strategy. Experience also includes a position as Senior Corporate Counsel at Adobe, managing anti-piracy and litigation efforts, alongside earlier work as an Associate at Foster Garvey PC. Batur holds a J.D., Cum Laude from the University of Maine School of Law and a B.A. in Foreign Affairs and Art History from the University of Virginia.
