Richard Jones is an accomplished furniture designer and owner of Jott Studio, specializing in purpose-driven, circular design for home and workspace furniture since October 2021. Alongside this role, Richard has contributed to multiple companies as a furniture designer, including The Cotswold Bed Company, Woodbender, Verco, LOX Design, Davison Highley Ltd, Connection Furniture, Roger Lewis, and New Design | Group, focusing on product development and production drawings across various projects set for launch in 2021. Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts in Furniture and Product Design from Nottingham Trent University, completed in 2005.

Davison Highley is a 3rd generation, family-run, British furniture manufacturer with a history dating back 85 years and a globally respected reputation for producing upholstered furniture of the highest calibre. Our in-house design team and specialist craftspeople take great pride in producing beautiful hand built, design inspired loose furniture to the highest levels of quality. All our furniture is designed and manufactured entirely in the UK at our Piddington workshops, just outside High Wycombe nestled amongst the picturesque Chiltern Hills of Buckinghamshire, 45 minutes West of London. Our stunning London showroom, located at the centre of the Clerkenwell design district is a design led space where we showcase the very best of our furniture collection and is the first place to see our new designs. Our standard furniture collection spans a multitude of functions, from contemporary sofas and armchairs, to freeform “Bloids”, modular banquettes and workspace seating, all in a range of styles to compliment any environment. We also offer a tailoring service, whereby we can take one of our standard designs and alter it to your requirements or we offer a fully bespoke facility to create furniture pieces for specific applications.
