David Baia

David Baia is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training, talent development, and human resources. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Training and Talent Development for Revenue Operations at DaVita since September 2012, David is responsible for overseeing the entire training curriculum and strategy. Prior to DaVita, David held key roles at Accenture from 1988 to 2012, including Resources Industry Capability Development Lead and Global People Initiative Lead for the Communications and High Tech Operating Group, where responsibilities included leadership development, employee engagement, and the delivery of impactful training initiatives globally. David's career also includes expertise in consulting, particularly in supply chain optimization and systems integration. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a focus on Operations Management and Information Systems from the University of Southern California.
