Hayley Nance

Hayley Nance is a seasoned instructional designer with extensive experience in the learning and enablement sector. Currently serving as a Senior Instructional Designer at DaVita Kidney Care since January 2023, Hayley previously held several roles at Carvana from July 2019 to January 2023, including Learning & Enablement Program Lead and Senior Instructional Designer. In these positions, Hayley designed blended learning courses, e-learning modules, and developed training programs to facilitate vendor transitions and process changes. Earlier experience includes a Team Lead position at Nordstrom and roles at Sheraton Phoenix Downtown as a cocktail waitress. Hayley holds an Associate's degree in Fashion Merchandising from Mesa Community College.
