Nataliya Wilson

Nataliya Wilson has extensive experience in human resources and operations management, currently serving as Vice President of People Services and Vice President of Transformation at DaVita since December 2012. Previous roles at DaVita include Senior Director of DaVita Rewards, Chief of Staff to the Chief People Officer, and various positions within Operations Innovation. Before joining DaVita, Nataliya held positions as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Business Planning/PMO Analyst at Newmont Mining Corporation, as well as Financial Analyst at Western Union. Nataliya holds a BSBA in Finance with minors in Accounting and Economics, along with an MBA, both from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business.
