Stephen Fleming

Stephen Fleming is a seasoned professional in the construction industry with extensive experience in project management and estimating. Currently serving as a Senior Estimator at DAWSON since August 2020, Stephen has previously held project management roles at HMS Construction Company and Slenk Builders. As a Lead Carpenter at Slenk Builders, responsibilities included supervising carpentry crews and managing job site preparations. Stephen also held the position of Project Manager at J&J Builders, overseeing all facets of construction projects, from design to field operations. Additionally, as the Founder of TCB General Contracting, Stephen developed and managed a company that specialized in high-quality commercial and residential construction. Stephen holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Marymount University.
