Lindsey Thompson is a seasoned Compensation Manager at Day & Zimmermann, with a comprehensive background in compensation analysis and benefits administration, having held various titles since joining the company in May 2017. Expertise includes analytical support for compensation processes, job evaluation, and incentive analysis, along with contributions as a Compensation & Benefits Intern where Lindsey enhanced the usability of position descriptions and developed communication frameworks for benefits management.
