As Chief Operating Officer, Chris Armstrong is responsible for overall customer experience and satisfaction through his leadership of the Global Customer Office (GCO), a team that comprises Services, Support, and Customer Relationship Executives. Collaborating closely with Sales, the GCO’s prime directive is to ensure a seamless experience and maximum value for customers throughout their entire lifecycle with Ceridian.

Chris joined Ceridian in 2004, and since then has held several commercial and operational leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer where he oversaw operations, customer support and information technology globally. His experience with Ceridian has provided him with a well-rounded understanding of the HCM Marketplace and accurate perspective on specific customer needs. Chris’ involvement in building Ceridian’s customer support team has been instrumental in the overall success of the organization and its reputation for customer service excellence.
