Emily Anderson

Emily Anderson is an experienced IT leader with a robust background in project management and governance. Currently serving as Manager of IT Planning and Governance at Dayforce since July 2021, Emily defines and maintains an effective governance framework, tracks strategic plans, and collaborates with various stakeholders. Previously, Emily held multiple roles at Ceridian from May 2013 to July 2021, including Manager of IT PMO, where oversight of IT and Cybersecurity projects was paramount. Emily's earlier experiences include key positions at Emerson, AmeriPride Services, and Ingersoll Rand, focusing on Oracle implementations and business process improvements. Emily holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Business to Business Sales from St. Catherine University.
