Joel Henson

Joel Henson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client partnership and human capital management. Currently serving as a Principal Client Partner for the Public Sector at Dayforce since August 2020, Joel designs and coordinates service strategies for public, government, not-for-profit, and educational organizations across the US and Canada. Prior experience includes roles as a Financial Advisor at OneCommonwealth Financial Group and Owner/CEO of Good Life Advocates LLC, where Joel provided case management and support to vulnerable populations in Central Kentucky. Additionally, Joel held leadership positions at ADP from 2006 to 2017, including Vice President of Human Capital Management Product Leader and Vice President of Strategic Solutions, achieving significant revenue growth and enhancing sales processes. Joel holds an MBA from Bellarmine University and a B.S. in Mathematics from Vanderbilt University.
