Ritika Ramani

Ritika Ramani is a seasoned Senior Product Manager with extensive experience in product development across various domains, including human capital management and bioinformatics. Currently at Dayforce, part of Ceridian, since August 2022, Ritika plays a critical role in advancing the flagship cloud HCM platform. Prior to this, Ritika served as a Senior Product Manager at Nacelle, where the headless commerce platform gained traction among notable clients. Earlier experience includes positions at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory as a Computational Science Developer, at the University of Mississippi Medical Center as a Bioinformatics Product Manager, and as a Bioinformatics Product Consultant at BASF. Ritika holds a Master’s degree in Bioinformatics from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree from Dr. D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth.
