Shivam Singh

Shivam Singh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in implementation and integration consulting, currently serving as a Senior Services Consultant (Implementation) at Dayforce since May 2023, leading the implementation and testing of the WFM module for ANZ customers. Prior to this role, Shivam was a Senior Integration Consultant at UKG from June 2021 to May 2023, specializing in automating manual tasks through custom stored procedures and handling various imports and exports related to deductions and loans across North America. Shivam's experience also includes a tenure at Tata Consultancy Services from October 2015 to June 2021, where responsibilities encompassed implementing HCM and WFM modules and acting as a Business Analyst. Shivam holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Automobile Engineering from Hindustan College of Science and Technology and completed Intermediate studies at Lucknow Public School.
