In addition, Raymond holds significant roles as President of the Contact Centre Association of Malaysia, Treasurer of GBS Malaysia, and Councillor at PIKOM, contributing to the advancement of various industries. As a member of the Talent Expert Network Panel and the Grant Recommendation Committee for MyDigitalWorkforce at the Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC), Raymond provides valuable insights into digital technology. Furthermore, experience includes mentoring at INTI International University & Colleges and previous leadership positions at Kannal Solutions and Solutions Protocol. Raymond is an alumnus of Deakin University, holding a Master of Business Administration in Strategy & Planning.
