Horace Facey

Horace Facey is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Supervisor at Kettering Health since July 2019, where responsibilities include oversight of the HR Service Center and ensuring compliance with legislative and company requirements. Prior to this role, Facey worked as an HR Leadership Partner at Grandview and Southview Medical Center, focusing on strategic partnerships with campus leadership on operational issues.
