Alice Ianda has held several positions in the hospitality industry since 2006. Alice began their career as a Catering Manager at Ristorante La Bussola da Gino, then moved on to Restaurant Manager at Quore caffeenocucina in 2010. In 2013, they assumed the role of Assistant Direction at Hiphop hostel and Assistant Administrative at Istituto Marangoni. From 2015 to 2022, they were a Chef de Projet, Chargé de Projet Événementiel, and Assistant Événementiel at bettane+desseauve. Most recently, they were appointed Country Manager Italie at Dayuse.com.
Alice Ianda completed a Bachelor's degree in Storia from Università degli Studi di Firenze between 2008 and 2012. Alice then undertook an Erasmus program at Université Paris-Sorbonne in Alice'stoire from 2009 to 2010. Following this, they completed a Master's degree in Alice'stoire from Université Paris-Sorbonne between 2013 and 2014 and a Master's degree in MS Management de la Gastronomie et de l'Œnologie from Collège de Paris between 2014 and 2015.
