Marie Ingham serves as Head of Legal, Corporate (SVP) at DAZN Group, where responsibilities include overseeing legal operations and advising C-suite leaders on high-profile initiatives. Prior to this role, Marie held positions as Senior Legal Counsel and Group Legal Counsel at DAZN, leading significant corporate divestment activities and implementing compliance programs, including GDPR. Before joining DAZN, Marie gained valuable experience as an Associate in the Corporate Media Team at Olswang, advising on major M&A transactions across various sectors. Marie began legal training as a Trainee Solicitor, including a notable secondment at the BBC, where contract negotiations for prominent television presenters were handled. Marie's educational background includes a Bachelor of Laws from the College of Law and a degree in European Studies from the University of Bath. Additionally, Marie is currently serving as a Schools Enterprise Adviser at CIPD Trust.
