Darron Curphey

Supply Chain Director at DB Breweries

Darron Curphey has an extensive work experience spanning over multiple industries and roles. Darron started their career as a Factory Manager at Frucor/Enza in 1991 and later worked as a Project Manager at Ashton Project Services. From 1998 to 2006, Curphey held various positions at Kraft Foods Asia Pacific, including Manager of Manufacturing Business Development & Commercialization and Engineering Manager. Darron then joined Fonterra as a Manager of International Projects from 2006 to 2009. Curphey served as the Chief Operating Officer at Taura Natural Ingredients from 2009 to 2010. Darron worked at Goodman Fielder as Operations Director for Dairy & Meats, Operations Director for NZ, and Director of Group Engineering from 2010 to 2016. After that, Curphey became the Group General Manager of Manufacturing at The Comfort Group - Asia Pacific from 2016 to 2018. Darron later joined Walter & Wild as the Head of Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement & Engineering from 2019 to 2022. Currently, Curphey is employed as the Supply Chain Director at DB Breweries, starting in 2022.

Darron Curphey completed a Bachelor of Technology - BTech degree at Massey University. From 1988 to 1991, they pursued B. Technology (Hons) in Food Engineering. Additionally, they obtained a Diploma in Business Studies, focusing on Management.
